Born in Nice, Lara previously spent 15 years in senior sales roles for prestigious luxury hotels in France and London, along with an additional 3 years managing the renowned luxury travel show LE Miami.

Her extensive travels have allowed her to build a robust and strong network of BtoB contacts, specifically focusing on high-end leisure | creative clients and small groups & incentives.

Lara's global perspective on the luxury hotel industry, coupled with her connections to key decision-makers, empowers her to drive sales effectively and strategically.

Since the inception of her own company in 2021, she focuses on offering sales consulting | representation services tailored for luxury independent hotels & villas.

Now residing in London, she remains committed to helping the properties she represents achieve their sales targets.

    LE Miami, founded by Serge Dive, the original creator of ILTM, is a luxury travel show focusing on lifestyle hospitality with a mix of leisure and creative buyers. Lara was pivotal in increasing its global reputation, overseeing both the selection of buyers invited but also sales to exhibitors.
