Based in London, the company was founded in 2021 to provide independent luxury hotels with the elite commercial strategy and dedicated sales representation needed to outpace the competition, seamlessly bridging the gap between vision and execution.

As dedicated commercial consultant and sales representative, we partner exclusively with independent luxury hotels to transform raw brand potential into market dominance.

    Nobu Hotel Shoreditch was the first European hotel of the brand. Lara built and managed a pre-opening team of 7 people, overlooking Sales, PR, Digital Marketing, Reservations & Revenue.

    LE Miami, founded by Serge Dive, the original creator of ILTM, is a luxury travel show focusing on lifestyle hospitality with a mix of leisure and creative buyers. Lara was pivotal in increasing its global reputation, overseeing both the selection of buyers invited but also sales to exhibitors.

    Lara worked for Malmaison & Hotel du Vin prior to the 2008 financial crisis, when the company was booming and opened 6 properties in 1 year. She travelled around the UK, promoting smaller properties to the local corporate and leisure markets.
